About Me

I am a New York State Licensed Massage Therapist, I graduated from Finger Lakes Community College in 2006 and received my state licensure the same summer.  I am actively registered with New York State, and also an active member with the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA) which provides my professional liability insurance.  I am trained in several modalities such as Swedish, Trigger Point Therapy, Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial release, Pregnancy massage, and Chair massage. Each of my massage sessions are individually tailored to the client's specific needs and preferences at the time of service.  I usually incorporate a variety of modalities melted together to provide relaxation and restoration during each session.
