All of my massage services are unique and tailored to the client's individual needs and preferences at the time of service. I always incorporate a variety of styles and modalities of massage during each session based on what the client and I feel at that time. With communication between the client and myself during each session I intend to provide the best possible service to every client at each session.
As with any service, there are certain guidelines to follow so please wait to schedule an appointment or contact me to reschedule an appointment if you are running a fever or do not feel well at the time of the session. Please give at least 24-hour notice when rescheduling appointments. Also please remember to include all health conditions in conversation and on the health history form, as massage can be contraindicated for those with certain cardiovascular, blood vessel diseases and other health conditions.

It is with great consideration that I have decided to raise my rates as of
March 1st, 2025.
For multiple reasons and to ensure that I can continue to provide my clients with the utmost best attention and care,
please be aware of the following changes:
30 Minute Session ~ $60.
60 Minute Session ~ $90.
90 Minute Session ~ $120.
I make these choices with everyone's well- being in mind, including that of me and my family.
As always, I will continue to cater each session to your individual needs and I will never up-charge for different modalities or use of certain tools and/or products.

Therapeutic Massage is a combination of different styles of bodywork such as Swedish, Trigger Point Therapy, Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial Release and more. Each session is focused on the client's needs at the time of service. Through conversation we will determine the goal of the session (relaxation, pain management, etc.) and we will tailor each session to your exact needs. The longer the session, the more time will be available to address those needs.
Preferred methods of payment are cash, check, and I also can accept debit/credit cards at the time of the appointment.
I do not currently accept health insurance as a method of payment, however I can print or email a receipt to you for health insurance reimbursement.

Gift certificates are available for purchase upon request. All certificates are to be used within a year of purchase date and cannot be split into separate sessions for multiple people. Please contact me for more information.
While we understand that life happens, please understand this is our livelihood. We depend on you to keep going!
In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please give a 24 hour notice if possible. (Any notice is better than none)
Any appointments made are subject to a 24 hour cancellation notice.
If not canceled with due notice or nonappearance, the first appointment missed will be subject to a cancellation fee valuing 50% of the appointment value.
Any further violations of this policy will result in a fee equaling the full value of the appointment scheduled.

There is a zero tolerance policy in regards to sexual harassment at this office. If there are any types of inappropriate behavior, derogatory statements/innuendos or undesired physical contact to the staff the massage session will be terminated immediately and full payment will be expected.
